The meat share includes assorted meats, vegetables, dairy and local NY products. 

B. Lacto-Ovo Share:

The lacto-ovo share includes extra assorted vegetables, dairy and local NY products. 

C. Vegan Share:

The vegan share includes extra assorted vegetables and local NY products like flour and granola.
