Hi All,

Hope everyone is well! See below for this week's produce list and notes from the farm: 

• Spinach                         
• Pac Choi                       
• Orange Carrots
• Koginut Squash - Developed by our good friend Michael Mazourek the Koginut is a hybrid squash with a unique flavor. 
• Mixed Kales
• Garlic
• Cured Onions
• Red Thumb Potatoes -  Bright red-skinned thumbs of delicacy have beautiful dark pink flesh. Pleasing flavor and firm flesh is perfect for roasting with olive oil and rosemary, then caramelizing.
• Hakurei Turnips 
• Turmeric
• Brussels Sprouts 
• Yogurt (delayed from last week)

A few reminders around pickup:

• Pickup will occur at 15 E. 27th Street (between 5th Ave + Madison Ave)
• Please be sure to wear a face mask or covering before entering the area!
• When you arrive, please check in with the staff member present (Miguel Fores) to make sure we count you!
• Pickup will occur between 4:30pm-7:30pm. If more than a handful of members are inside the pick up area, we may ask arriving members to wait outside or return shortly.
